Our Policy

Cancellation:

A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required. If policy if not respected, 50% of the service/services will be charged.

Late to Appointment:

If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, your service/services will need to be rescheduled unless time allows. If policy is not respected 50% of the service/services will charged.

No Show:

With a no show, you will get marked down and have to pay 100% of your last service before you can book again.
